Frequently Asked Questions

    Why choose Rainari Health?

In today’s health care system, finding a primary care physician who can see you in a timely manner has become seemingly impossible. Long waits, hurried medical visits and impersonal care have unfortunately become the norm. At Rainari health, we maintain a limited member panel which translates to little to no wait times, extended and personalized visits and better overall care. With multiple ways to reach us, we also have the ability to handle non-urgent issues via text/email or tele-visits as needed without you having to wait for appointments, miss work or arrange last minute child care.

    Do you accept health insurance?

No, we do not accept health insurance.  It is important to maintain your health insurance for coverage of complex conditions, medical procedures, medications, laboratory tests, imaging and hospitalizations.  Membership fees are not reimbursable however office testing and acute visits maybe reimbursed by FSA/HSA. Please check with your insurer for your out of network benefits.

    What are your business hours?

Established membership patients will have 24/7 availability along with extended office hours and weekend hours as needed. We accept in-person visits by appointment only Monday-Friday from 10 AM-3PM and 6PM-9PM.

    Do you see pediatric patients?

At this time, we only see pediatric patients for the evaluation and treatment of ear infections and strep throat.

    Do you e-prescribe?

YES! We e-prescribe for acute or chronic medical conditions, preventive medicine, mental health treatments, medication refills, antiaging therapies and treatment of obesity.

What is your policy on prescribing narcotic medications?

We do not prescribe medications to treat chronic pain unless it is due to cancer or acute bone fractures/injuries. We do not prescribe these medications even if another doctor has prescribed them to you before and feel these issues are best handled by pain specialists.

Can I still be seen for a medical visit if I am not a member?

Yes!  We have a Pay Per Visit Model for those who do not want a membership.
