Once you have decided that Rainari Health is right for you, you will be invited to fill out our online enrollment form with your personal, medical and payment information.
Step 3: Sign up for the patient portal
Once enrollment is accepted you will be given access to the patient portal. On the portal you will be able to schedule appointments, send email and text messages, contact Dr. Amin directly, review your medical information and make payments.
